A building previously used by a Christian congregation is set to be demolished and replaced with a modern new construction. The new building will offer approximately 1,200 square meters of barrier-free living space, featuring elevators, balconies, and 12 parking spaces.

Located in the elevated area of Wiesbaden’s Dotzheim district, there is a building from the 1960s that has served as a Christian community center. Further repurposing of this building is not economically viable. The plan is to demolish the existing structure and significantly increase the living space to about 1,200 square meters, distributed across 18 residential units ranging from 50 to 90 square meters. These units are designed to be barrier-free and equipped with elevators. Each unit will have an assigned parking space.
